In 1969, our parents, Victor & Joan purchased the Kelly Butter Factory from Mrs. Kelly for a centrally located office for our Tree & Lawn Service.  Her home was just next door and she owned the drug store behind the factory, so in the deal, we got two buildings & a house. As our business grew it became apparent our workers needed homes close to work, so we began to buy a couple more houses when they came up for sale. In turn, Jennings Trust Properties was born. We became Jennings Plaza Properties, LLC in 2016.

Jennings Plaza Properties, LLC is a privately owned local business.  We own and manage our own properties, hands-on. Over the past 50 years, we have expanded our properties to include our own homes, 3 commercial buildings, 3 luxury duplexes, 8 houses, 4 converted apartment homes, and varied living spaces.

We have homes that have stood since the neighborhood was created, all updated for modern living while maintaining the charm and character of the houses. We also offer new construction homes equipped with fresh modern-day amenities.

Jennings Plaza Properties, LLC offers unique homes that include quite a variety of living styles to choose from. Our tenants really like our places so sometimes they are hard to come by, when someone moves we have someone waiting.
